Bali eVOA application should not take more than a couple of minutes. An applicant needs to prepare the required documents, a working electronic device with a stable Internet connection, and simply follow three steps, which go as follows:
- Fill out the online form: enter the required details, including personal data, passport information, contact details, etc.; make sure you provided the correct information and move on to the second step.
- Cover the eVOA fee: choose the most convenient method of online payment and pay the visa fee.
- Check your email: shortly after covering the processing fee, go to your email address and check for the confirmation email.
The Bali electronic visa is delivered to the applicant's email inbox in a PDF file as soon as the Indian Government approves it.

Bali eVOA required documents
The Bali eVOA requirements state that an applicant needs to upload digital copies of the following documents:
- a passport of a country eligible for a Bali electronic VOA (valid for the min. of 6 months from the date of arrival in Bali with at least one blank page needed for visa stamps)
- a face photograph (not older than 6 months, taken on a plain background)
